We called EVERYBODY when we got a flat on our tesla model y. Got quoted some crazy prices. Kelly gave us super competitive prices and when we agreed he immediately came. Tesla Roadside and AAA had us trippin for 3-4 hours and no progress. This shop had us figured out AND back on the road same day, within 1 and a half hours (the replacement itself only took 20 mins). Genuine guy, and super helpful/informative. Taught us about our wheels, sizing, what measurements matter, where to find em, etc. Great guys! Thank you Kelly! You the man!

I got a flat downtown of all places. Left my car overnight and called over 7 different places. A few of the agents were unnecessarily aggressive (I guess trying to "make the sale"), which really just pissed me off because I was already stressed. I received a text from Get in, Get Out after calling. They immediately expressed concern, acknowledged how long I'd been waiting, got my tire size and sent both a new and used quote. There was no drama or bs around pricing, etc. I had to Uber back to my car and the mechanic beat me to it. He was incredibly friendly and even tried to stop PPA from giving me a ticket. He told me to get into my car and he'd be finished shortly. It couldn't have taken anymore than 30 minutes and I was back on the road and headed home. I was actually looking forward to writing a review because this is the kind of service that makes a company stand out. When I mt the mechanic and he was just as friendly as the customer service guy, that's what got me. Consistency. If me or family/friends are ever in this situation, Get in, Get out will be my first and ONLY call/referral. Please, don't change.

Excellent service! He came out late at night to help my family with a flat tire and was extremely professional from start to finish. Had a completely destroyed tire from a pothole, was stuck on side of road at midnight… Kelly replaced my tire with a brand new one in 20 minutes, got me back on the road good as new… fantastic service, super nice guy too!
